About the Role

Join Albusleo Ventures Inc. as a Technical SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Specialist in Miami, Florida. This contract hybrid role offers work-from-home flexibility while you drive and execute delivery pipelines for our generative optimization subsidiary, improving organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging generative platforms. This position is ideal for an entry-level to intermediate professional passionate about technical SEO, AI-driven search optimization, and staying ahead of the curve in search innovation. You'll work with Webflow and other modern platforms to implement cutting-edge optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, including site crawlability, indexation analysis, page speed optimization, and structured data/Schema markup implementation
• Develop and execute GEO-focused strategies optimized for AI chatbots, generative search experiences, and large language model (LLM) visibility
• Monitor search rankings and organic traffic, identifying technical issues and testing optimization strategies for both traditional and AI-driven search engines
• Perform keyword research, intent analysis, and competitive research to translate findings into actionable SEO and GEO recommendations
• Leverage AI prompting, automation tools, and scripting to accelerate technical SEO analysis and content formatting
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to align SEO and GEO best practices with business objectives, utilizing knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like Webflow
• Report on performance metrics and insights, presenting complex data in clear, concise formats to stakeholders
• Stay current with search algorithm updates and generative AI trends to proactively recommend enhancements that drive discoverability and qualified traffic

Requirements

• Strong technical SEO skills, including site audits, crawlability analysis, indexation, page speed optimization, and structured data/Schema markup expertise
• Experience with GEO-focused strategies, optimizing for AI chatbots, generative search experiences, and large language model (LLM) visibility
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for performance tracking and analysis
• Ability to conduct keyword, intent, and competitive research and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
• Up-to-date understanding of search engine algorithms, generative AI trends, and evolving best practices in technical SEO and GEO

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI prompting, automation, or scripting tools to accelerate technical SEO analysis and content formatting
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance optimization with an agency or consulting background
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
