Palerto Studio is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer for a fully remote position based in the EU, available on a project or hourly basis. If you blend aesthetics with functionality and love designing digital experiences that are both visually striking and technically sound, this is an opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects where great design meets smart development. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Palerto Studio team to design visually striking and technically sound digital experiences
• Create scalable design systems in Figma that balance creativity and usability
• Design with modern web development trends in mind, ensuring feasibility and smooth implementation
• Work with the team to understand how design translates into development for optimal execution

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of UX/UI best practices
• Experience designing for web and digital products with scalability in mind
• A good understanding of how design translates into development
• A problem-solving mindset—someone who designs with users and technical execution in mind
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Webflow and Relume to understand platform constraints and design feasibility
