About the Role

Brightter Inc. is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to support their growing pipeline of website and digital transformation projects. In this remote role, you'll design polished digital experiences using Webflow and WordPress, collaborating with strategists, developers, and content teams to create conversion-driven designs. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who thinks UX-first, understands responsive design and accessibility, and thrives in a fast-moving agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Design website UX/UI for Webflow and WordPress projects
• Create polished wireframes, user flows, and responsive layouts aligned with project requirements
• Develop visual systems and brand-aligned design guidelines for clients
• Design interaction patterns, web components, and reusable design systems
• Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and content teams throughout the design process
• Hand off clean, well-annotated Figma files with clear specifications for developers

Requirements

• Strong experience designing websites with the ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• UX-first mindset with ability to deliver beautiful, conversion-driven design
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and modern UI patterns
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for SaaS, agency, professional services, or startup clients
