About the Role
As the Web and Digital Marketing Manager at Incorta, you'll take ownership of the company's corporate website—built on Webflow—while leading all digital advertising strategy and execution across paid channels. This is a hands-on leadership position perfect for an analytical marketer with deep technical expertise in Webflow, a proven track record in B2B demand generation, and the ability to optimize for both user experience and business impact. You'll report directly to leadership and drive measurable pipeline growth while maintaining a high-performing digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire corporate website infrastructure on Webflow, ensuring stability, security, performance optimization (speed/uptime), and scalability
- Monitor and improve website performance for core web vitals, SEO, and user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates and drive pipeline contribution
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment of new website features, landing pages, and content updates in partnership with design and content teams
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital advertising strategy across all paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, display networks) and manage agency partnerships
- Manage and allocate digital advertising budget effectively to achieve KPIs, with a focus on optimizing campaigns for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative optimization to improve campaign performance, CPA, and pipeline impact
- Serve as subject matter expert for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), managing custom data layers, event triggers, and data integration with downstream platforms
- Manage web tracking and workflow logic to ensure high-quality lead data flow from web forms directly into the CRM
- Provide regular, data-driven reporting on campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates, and digital efforts' impact on the sales pipeline to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a Manager level or equivalent
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Webflow, including CMS utilization, custom code integration, and performance optimization
- Proven expertise managing significant budgets and driving performance across major paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation methodologies, and optimizing marketing activities for pipeline and revenue impact; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) is essential
- High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and web analytics tools, with advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to front-end development, tracking implementation, and performance debugging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and performance data to non-technical stakeholders
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary range: $112,000 - $145,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and scope)
