About the Role
As a Web Designer on the Brand and Client Experience team at Ignitium, you will design and build high-converting landing pages and digital experiences for clients and for Ignitium itself. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design and code—you'll be fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles while mastering modern marketing platforms like Webflow and Folloze. You'll move fast, ship frequently, and integrate AI into your daily workflow to design more, iterate faster, and produce better creative. Based in Spokane, WA, this role spans landing pages, microsites, website layouts, paid social and banner ads, infographics, and interface elements—every deliverable built to convert and perform.
Responsibilities
- Design and build conversion-driven landing pages optimized for engagement, balancing strong visual hierarchy, compelling copy support, and clean technical implementation
- Code production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; implement designs in landing page and CMS platforms (Unbounce, Webflow, Folloze) including custom code, animation, and tracking
- Apply UI/UX and interface design principles to ensure pages are accessible, intuitive, and friction-free across all devices
- Actively integrate AI tools into the creative process—ideation, copy variants, asset generation, code assistance, and QA—to move faster and produce more without sacrificing quality
- Ensure every project adheres to client and brand guidelines, communicates value proposition clearly, and maintains visual coherence across touchpoints
- Partner with strategists, creatives, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into creative that performs
- Transform complex B2B concepts into clear, visually compelling stories that capture enterprise buyer attention
- Drive projects from brief through concept, design, build, QA, and launch, securing the right approvals and maintaining transparency in project management tools (Asana, Ziflow, etc.)
- Stay current on emerging design trends, AI creative tools, and martech platforms, bringing new techniques into the team's workflow when they create measurable lift
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with comfort writing custom code in landing page builders and CMS environments
- Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design principles and ability to create accessible, intuitive digital experiences
- Proficiency in Webflow and other landing page builders (Unbounce, Folloze) or willingness to rapidly master these platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design work, strong visual hierarchy, and technical implementation across web and digital formats
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including strategists, creatives, project managers, and client stakeholders
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management platforms (Asana, Ziflow, or similar)
- Ability to work rapidly, iterate based on feedback, and integrate AI tools into creative workflows
