About the Role

Flex is seeking a talented Web Designer & Webflow Developer to bring their new brand to life across their website. This hybrid role is perfect for a designer-developer who excels at owning projects end-to-end—from high-fidelity design through full Webflow implementation. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design and development happen in parallel, and you'll leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate your workflow while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates that bring Flex's new brand direction to their website
• Build and launch net-new pages, templates, components, and modules in Webflow with scalable systems using reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive patterns
• Extend bespoke hero pages into a consistent, scalable system across the broader site, designing marketing pages ranging from interactive, motion-rich experiences to templatized layouts
• Translate Figma designs into clean, high-fidelity Webflow builds; implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript as needed
• Use AI tools, coding assistants, and workflow automations to accelerate design exploration, page creation, component development, content operations, and QA
• Collaborate closely with the creative director, existing Webflow developer, content, marketing, and product teams to design, implement, test, and prepare pages for launch
• Ensure strong performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, analytics readiness, and overall launch quality across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
• Document key components, CMS structures, custom code, automations, and publishing workflows for team maintainability

Requirements

• Strong design and Webflow development capabilities in one skill set, with a professional portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and shipped, high-quality Webflow builds
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive behavior, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive elements
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, comfort using JavaScript or custom code when needed, and ability to implement high-fidelity builds from Figma designs
• Demonstrated professional experience using AI and LLM tools, including building or configuring AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or QA workflows
• Experience creating scalable page templates, reusable component systems, module libraries, and CMS structures with design consistency
• Proven ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in fast-moving environments with shifting inputs, priorities, and timelines
• Strong attention to detail, visual acuity, and commitment to responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused design principles
