About the Role
This is a remote Web Designer position focused on transforming strategic ideas into visually compelling, high-converting digital experiences. You'll lead the full website design process—from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and Webflow implementation—while also designing marketing assets that support campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate understands that effective design goes beyond aesthetics, approaching each project with a clear purpose and balancing visual creativity with business outcomes like engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Create responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow, managing the entire process from wireframes and Figma mockups to final Webflow builds
- Develop intuitive UI/UX layouts that guide users through clear navigation and encourage conversions through thoughtful hierarchy, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Produce digital marketing assets including display ads, email newsletter layouts, social media graphics, and campaign visuals while maintaining brand consistency
- Build optimized landing pages for paid advertising campaigns, applying conversion-focused elements such as effective CTAs, trust signals, and structured content layouts
- Collaborate with account managers and project leads to understand goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives, presenting design concepts and refining work based on feedback
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems in Figma and Webflow, including component libraries, typography scales, color systems, spacing frameworks, and brand guidelines
- Stay informed on design trends, Webflow platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously elevate project outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects
- Ability to design and build responsive websites from scratch using Webflow native tools
- Strong experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, and responsive design structures
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs
- Demonstrated experience creating scalable UX design systems such as component libraries and brand frameworks
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and their impact on user behavior and conversions
