About the Role

EliseAI is seeking a Webflow Developer to join the growth team in New York, NY, where you'll work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering. In this hybrid role (4 days in-office), you'll be a key driver of the company's digital presence, partnering with Product Marketing, Design, and Leadership to launch campaigns and maintain a high-performance, accessible web ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Web Developer, you'll build sophisticated Webflow sites while implementing custom code solutions and optimizing CMS architecture for non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain sophisticated web pages in Webflow, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and pixel-perfect across all devices.
• Partner with the Design team to translate Figma prototypes into functional builds and work with Growth Product to implement growth strategies and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Manage and optimize Webflow CMS architecture, ensuring data is organized, scalable, and easy for non-technical teammates to update autonomously without breaking global styles or layouts.
• Conduct rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and accessibility (WCAG compliance) before every push to production.
• Support the Senior Web Developer in implementing custom code solutions (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to extend Webflow's native capabilities and integrate third-party tools (GA, HubSpot, etc.).
• Maintain clear documentation of styles, components, and workflows to ensure the marketing site remains a reliable single source of truth.
• Build and maintain user-friendly CMS environments that empower Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to update site content autonomously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of advanced Webflow development experience, with proven expertise in building complex, responsive, and pixel-perfect web pages using the Box Model, Flexbox, Grid, and Webflow's Interactions engine.
• CMS architecture and scalability expertise: demonstrable experience building and managing scalable Webflow CMS environments that empower non-technical stakeholders to update content autonomously.
• Production-level custom coding skills: professional experience writing clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow's native capabilities and integrate third-party tools.
• Design-to-development collaboration: a track record of partnering with Design teams to translate high-fidelity Figma prototypes into functional builds within a fast-paced environment.
• Technical quality assurance expertise: experience conducting rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and WCAG accessibility compliance before pushing updates to live production sites.
• Willingness to work in-person at the New York office 4–5 days per week.
