About the Role

We're seeking a talented Web Developer to help build out a new website in Webflow. This is a contract-based position with the potential for ongoing work and future projects with the right fit. You'll work remotely or based in Cincinnati, OH, bringing a high-end website vision to life with clean code and creative execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, polished websites using Webflow
• Implement custom code and integrate advanced functionality
• Create interactions and animations that enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the team to execute a modern, high-end design vision
• Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized across devices

Requirements

• Strong, proven experience with Webflow development
• Comfortable writing custom code and possess solid coding knowledge
• Experience building responsive, polished websites
• Ability to create or work with interactions and animations
• Strong eye for clean, modern web design
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and creative approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced animations
• Experience with custom integrations
