As a Web Developer I specializing in Webflow and CMS, you'll own day-to-day website operations and drive front-end improvements across the DaySmart brand ecosystem. This remote, hands-on production role is perfect for someone who can work independently within established standards while collaborating with senior team members. You'll translate designs into code, build reusable components, and manage the full lifecycle from staging to publication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day website operations and maintenance across multiple DaySmart brand sites
• Translate design mockups into functional Webflow components and front-end code
• Build and maintain reusable CMS structures, forms, and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Manage staging-to-production workflows and ensure approved changes are published correctly
• Implement front-end improvements and optimizations
• Collaborate with senior team members and adhere to established coding standards

Requirements

• Proficiency with Webflow and CMS platforms
• Strong front-end development skills and understanding of web standards
