About the Company
Addison Group's client is a growing healthcare organization expanding its internal digital and marketing team. The organization is bringing website development capabilities in-house and is building out a robust web presence across multiple properties in the healthcare and dental sectors.
About the Role
We're seeking a Web Developer with strong Webflow experience to join a remote team managing a dynamic portfolio of healthcare websites. This is a 6-month contract role with strong potential for extension up to 12 months, perfect for a developer who thrives juggling multiple projects at different stages. You'll own the full spectrum of Webflow work—from building new sites from scratch to migrating existing properties from WordPress and maintaining brand consistency across an active queue of approximately 10 websites.
Responsibilities
- Build new websites from the ground up using Webflow
- Migrate eligible websites from WordPress to Webflow
- Update and clean up existing Webflow sites to align with established brand standards
- Manage multiple website projects simultaneously across varying stages of development
- Review incoming site projects, determine priorities, and manage work across an active project queue
- Take ownership of website projects transitioning from external agencies to the internal team
- Maintain consistency in design and branding across multiple websites
- Partner with internal digital and marketing teams on ongoing website initiatives
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Webflow development experience, including building websites from scratch
- Experience working with WordPress
- Ability to manage multiple websites and competing priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable taking over projects previously managed by an outside agency or another development team
- Demonstrated technical experience (prioritized over formal education requirements)
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating websites from WordPress to Webflow
- Experience working within a multi-site brand environment

Compensation: $50–$65/hour
Location: Fully Remote
