About the Role
As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you'll shape the digital experience of Leapsome's marketing website for prospects and customers worldwide. This on-site position in New York, NY offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to people enablement, combining your Webflow expertise with strategic digital marketing goals. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website using Webflow, ensuring visually stunning and user-friendly experiences
- Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements
- Implement responsive design principles to optimize website performance across all devices and screen sizes
- Write clean, efficient code with consistent class usage across the Webflow environment and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, minimizing page load times and enhancing responsiveness
- Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations
- Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend web development with strong proficiency in Webflow
- Strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools including GA4, Search Console, and Hotjar
- Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people management software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
