About the Role
We're looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow to shape the digital experience of our marketing website in New York, NY on a full-time, on-site basis. If you're passionate about frontend development and eager to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to people enablement, this is your opportunity to create seamless, visually stunning experiences for prospects and customers at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website using Webflow, ensuring visually stunning and user-friendly experiences across all devices
- Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements
- Write clean, efficient code with consistent class usage across the Webflow environment while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and web standards compliance
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, minimizing page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness
- Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations
- Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments to drive business results
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend web development with strong proficiency in Webflow
- Strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools including GA4, Search Console, and Hotjar
- Proficiency in responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people management software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
