About the Role

PRIMEDIA Network is hiring a Web Developer (Webflow) to join their Schaumburg, IL office on a full-time, in-person basis. This no-code developer role focuses on building, launching, and maintaining a growing portfolio of conversion-driven lead-generation websites using Webflow's powerful CMS and design capabilities. You'll work directly with the marketing team to transform briefs and creative assets into performant, schema-optimized websites, rather than creating custom-coded one-off projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a Webflow specialist with 3+ years of production experience who thrives in collaborative, template-based development environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain company and client websites in Webflow, starting with a pipeline of lead-generation sites
• Customize Webflow Marketplace templates to align precisely with brand style guides, including colors, typography, spacing, and components
• Create and manage Webflow CMS Collections that power programmatic pages such as services, industry pages, location pages, case studies, FAQs, testimonials, and blog content
• Implement ordered JSON-LD structured data using Webflow embeds and CMS field bindings, then validate page types in Google Rich Results Test
• Optimize websites to meet Core Web Vitals goals, including strong mobile PageSpeed, low LCP, and minimal CLS
• Set up lead-capture forms (modal, inline, and calculator) and connect submissions to email platforms and CRMs through Zapier or Make
• Install, configure, and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call-tracking with dynamic number insertion
• Map and implement 301 redirects for URL changes while preserving protected legacy URLs
• Run pre-launch quality assurance across browsers, accessibility, schema validation, analytics, and mobile experience
• Maintain live websites by resolving issues, shipping enhancements, and keeping performance and schema healthy after launch
• Document builds so the marketing team can make routine website updates without developer support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production websites in Webflow, with strong command of the Designer, CMS Collections, multi-reference fields, and template pages
• Proven experience creating programmatic, CMS-driven landing pages such as location- or industry-based pages
• Hands-on technical SEO knowledge, including JSON-LD schema implementation, sitemap and robots.txt management, redirect planning, and on-page structure
• Track record of improving Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed on live websites
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call-tracking tools such as CallRail or similar, including dynamic number insertion
• Form-to-CRM integration experience using Zapier, Make, or native webhooks
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to place and troubleshoot embeds, schema, and tracking code
• Portfolio of 3 live Webflow websites with URLs, showing CMS Collection usage and visible schema in view source; at least one project should be in B2B services, media or advertising, professional services, or a franchise or multi-location business
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work full-time on-site, 40 hours per week, at the Schaumburg, IL office
• Professional, dependable communication and a strong drive to deliver polished work
