About the Role

Neros is seeking a Web & Digital Experience Designer to own the company's digital presence and shape how they connect with military end users, government procurement officials, and the public. Based in New Mexico, this role sits within the Marketing organization and combines web design, UX, interaction design, low-code development, and user journey mapping. You'll design, develop, QA, and deploy web updates end-to-end, bringing complex drone technology to life through intuitive and compelling digital experiences. This is ideal for a designer who wants extreme ownership, moves fast, and can translate technically sophisticated products into engaging web experiences using Webflow.

Responsibilities

• Own web design and deployment end-to-end, from brief through wireframe, UX, development, QA, UAT, launch, and iterative improvement
• Design and deploy reactive and interactive web elements including animations, scroll-driven effects, transitions, and micro-interactions
• Evolve Neros' digital design language across all web surfaces: layouts, navigation, interaction patterns, responsive behavior, motion, and templates
• Partner with Brand Design to maintain the web design system and component library, ensuring consistency across every page and touchpoint
• Translate technically complex products and capabilities into intuitive, compelling web experiences
• Use analytics and user feedback to test, refine, and continuously improve usability and experience
• Own information architecture as product lines and markets expand
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying scope and complexity, and conduct review cycles with Marketing and Executive leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of web and digital design experience
• Expert-level skill in low-code front-end web design tools like Webflow
• Demonstrated experience owning web launches end-to-end, shipping live pages rather than handing off mockups to engineers
• Strong command of web design fundamentals including layout, typography, responsive design, and design systems
• Proven ability to build reactive and interactive web elements: animations, transitions, scroll effects, and micro-interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and ability to document processes and establish systems
• A portfolio showcasing a range of web and UX work, clearly delineating your sole creative ownership versus shared responsibility

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom code and embeds
• Experience with motion or interaction design tools
• Experience designing software interfaces or product UI
• Experience working in defense, aerospace, robotics, frontier technology, or hardware development

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive salary range: $138,000 - $193,500 USD (based on experience, education, critical skills, and business considerations)
