About the Role
As Web & Marketing Technology Manager at Kaleris, you'll be the strategic owner of Kaleris.com and the entire marketing technology stack. This is a hybrid role that blends web management, CMS expertise (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal), marketing automation, and analytics—perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives managing complex technical and marketing priorities. You'll report directly to marketing leadership and partner with sales, demand generation, and IT teams to drive web performance, lead quality, and marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of Kaleris.com, including content publishing, page design, CMS administration (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or similar), and site health monitoring
- Implement front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; manage DNS, SSL certificates, hosting configurations, and third-party integrations
- Execute on-page SEO and GEO strategy: metadata, URL structures, schema markup, JSON implementation, and technical optimization to drive organic visibility
- Monitor and optimize site performance—Core Web Vitals, page speed, uptime, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) compliance
- Administer the full marketing technology stack including HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce CRM, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and analytics platforms
- Manage all website-to-CRM and MAP integrations, ensuring clean lead data flows, progressive profiling, and lead routing into Salesforce
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) that provide Marketing and Sales visibility into web performance, leads, and conversion funnels
- Partner with demand generation on campaign setup, UTM governance, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI reporting
- Evaluate, procure, onboard, and manage martech tools; maintain vendor relationships, contracts, and support escalations
- Govern martech data quality, deduplication, field mapping, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience owning a corporate or B2B website and marketing technology stack end-to-end
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end troubleshooting and implementation
- Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise CMS platform (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or similar)
- Proven experience with marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo) and Salesforce CRM, including integrations, workflows, and lead lifecycle management
- Expert-level experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console; ability to build reports and attribution dashboards
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, schema markup, and JSON implementation
- Ability to manage hosting infrastructure, DNS, SSL certificates, and third-party integrations independently
- Exceptional copywriting skills—able to create, edit, and manage web copy aligned with SEO, GEO, and organizational messaging
- Strong project management and vendor management capabilities; excellent written and oral communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- HubSpot or Marketo certification(s); Salesforce experience including campaign influence and lead-to-opportunity reporting
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
- Experience with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, or similar) and account-based marketing tools
- Basic graphic design skills—ability to conceptualize, produce, and optimize web-ready visual assets
- Experience with version control and deployment workflows (Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines)
