We're looking for an experienced Webflow Designer and Developer to join our Manila-based team. You'll work remotely, delivering high-quality web experiences using Webflow, Figma, and modern design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, modern websites using Webflow with unique designs and complex implementations
• Build projects with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Utilize the Relume library for Figma and Webflow to streamline design-to-development workflows
• Create and implement high-quality, premium UI designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellence and meeting tight deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing clear updates and insights

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Webflow designer/developer
• A rich portfolio showcasing Webflow projects with unique designs and complex implementations
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including the Relume library
• Demonstrated ability to design modern, responsive user interfaces with an eye for premium quality
• Native-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Self-driven work style with proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
