About the Role

We're seeking a talented Webflow Designer to design and build our company website in Virginia, US. This is a hands-on role where you'll bring clean, modern design sensibilities and strong Webflow expertise to shape how our brand looks, functions, and scales. You'll work directly on everything from visual hierarchy and component systems to conversion-focused landing pages, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for design, efficient execution, and a commitment to polished, professional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead website design and development in Webflow, managing page structure, CMS organization, and site architecture
• Make strategic visual decisions around typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand expression across all pages
• Build and maintain reusable design components to ensure consistency as the site grows
• Create high-converting landing pages for campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
• Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility without compromising visual quality
• Handle page layout, SEO metadata, and routine content updates directly in Webflow
• Collaborate on creative direction including web graphics, imagery selection, and visual strategy
• Identify and propose solutions for visual and functional issues across the site

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional web design experience with a portfolio of live, production websites
• Solid, hands-on Webflow experience with shipped production sites (not just mockups)
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and file preparation
• User-centered design thinking and approach to all projects
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to identify when custom code is appropriate
• Understanding of responsive design, page speed optimization, and accessibility fundamentals
• Familiarity with SEO metadata, page structure, and search optimization basics
• Self-directed, communicative, and reliable in meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience maintaining brand consistency across growing sets of pages
• Prior work on marketing websites or SaaS/tech company projects
• Comfort working with small or early-stage companies navigating uncertain territory
• Animation or motion design experience built in Webflow
• Familiarity with Webflow's CMS and/or e-commerce capabilities
