About the Role
Broccoli is seeking a talented Webflow Designer to design and build our company website from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong design eye, proficient Webflow skills, and a commitment to producing polished, professional work. You'll own our web presence, making critical visual and functional decisions while ensuring the site scales beautifully as we grow. Based in Idaho, US, this role is perfect for a designer who moves efficiently, thinks user-first, and takes pride in creating sites that look exceptional and convert.
Responsibilities
- Lead website design and development in Webflow, managing page structure, CMS organization, and component architecture
- Make visual design decisions including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand expression across all pages
- Build reusable design components and systems to maintain consistency as the site grows
- Create high-converting landing pages for campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility without compromising design quality
- Handle page layouts, SEO metadata configuration, and routine content updates directly in Webflow
- Collaborate on creative direction, including web graphics, imagery, and visual strategy
- Identify and troubleshoot visual and functional issues, proposing thoughtful solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional web design experience with a portfolio of live, production websites
- Demonstrated hands-on Webflow expertise with shipped production sites (not mockups)
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and file preparation for development
- Strong understanding of responsive design, page speed optimization, and web accessibility
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to determine when custom code is necessary
- Familiarity with SEO metadata, page structure, and search optimization basics
- Self-directed, communicative, and reliable in meeting deadlines
- User-centered design mindset with ability to prioritize usability and conversion
Nice to Have
- Experience maintaining consistent branding across a growing portfolio of pages
- Prior work on marketing sites or SaaS/tech company websites
- Comfort working with early-stage companies where processes are still evolving
- Experience with Webflow animations and motion design
- Familiarity with Webflow's CMS and e-commerce capabilities
