About the Role

Broccoli is seeking a Webflow Designer to design and build our company website. You'll bring clean, modern design sensibilities and strong Webflow expertise to shape how our site looks, functions, and evolves. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a keen eye for design, efficient execution, and pride in producing polished, professional work. You'll work directly with our team in Oklahoma or remotely to create a website that reflects our brand and drives conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead website design and build inside Webflow, managing page structure, CMS organization, and overall site architecture
• Make visual design decisions including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand expression across pages
• Create reusable design components and establish patterns to maintain consistency as the site grows
• Transform campaigns, launches, and promotions into high-converting landing pages with sharp visual design
• Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility without compromising aesthetics
• Manage page layouts, SEO metadata, and routine content updates directly in Webflow
• Contribute creatively to web graphics, imagery, and overall visual direction
• Identify and solve visual and functional issues with actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional web design experience with a portfolio of real, live production websites
• Hands-on Webflow expertise with shipped production sites (not prototypes or mockups)
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and file preparation for development
• User-centered design thinking and approach
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand when custom code is necessary
• Understanding of responsive design, page speed optimization, and accessibility fundamentals
• Familiarity with SEO metadata, page structure, and related best practices
• Self-directed, communicative, and reliable in meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience maintaining brand consistency across growing sets of web pages
• Prior work on marketing sites or SaaS/tech company websites
• Comfort working with small or early-stage companies in dynamic environments
• Animation or motion design experience built in Webflow
• Familiarity with Webflow's CMS and/or e-commerce features
