About the Role
We're seeking a Webflow Designer+Developer to lead the complete redesign and migration of our marketing site—a hybrid role perfect for someone who combines strong design skills, Webflow mastery, and a genuine passion for conversion rate optimization. You'll work closely with our SEO Content Manager to own the design, structure, and conversion performance of 10-15 pages in the first phase, then scale to 20-40 pages monthly. This is a full-time remote position with significant ownership of a long-term growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild the full marketing site (10-15 pages) in 4-6 weeks using Client-First architecture
- Execute and refine a new design system from our Head of Design, making improvements where possible
- Develop scalable CMS structures and templates for programmatic SEO to support rapid page production
- Ship 20-40 pages per month in months 2-12 using standardized, reusable templates
- Own website conversion rate optimization as your primary KPI, continuously testing and improving conversion flows
- Collaborate with our SEO Content Manager on design decisions, content structure, and conversion strategies
- Implement responsive design logic and light custom JavaScript for enhanced interactivity
Requirements
- Strong Webflow expertise including clean structure, CMS configuration, and component design
- Proficiency in Figma with ability to design and iterate (not just copy designs)
- Solid understanding of responsive design logic and cross-device optimization
- Comfortable writing light custom JavaScript for website enhancements
- Genuine interest in conversion rate optimization and improving user flows
- Portfolio with 3-6 best Webflow projects showcasing multi-page builds or template systems
- Minimum 3 hours daily overlap with Brazil time (GMT-3); conversational English or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools
- Familiarity with Figma Make or similar design automation
- Confidence building animations and advanced interactions in Webflow
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, systematic design aligned with sites like n8n.io, Linear.app, Raycast, or Resend
