About the Role
Square Waves is hiring a Webflow Designer — Launch & UX Specialist to lead website projects from initial concept through successful launch. In this remote position, you'll own the full design process—from information architecture and visual direction to CMS structure and deployment—while collaborating closely with clients to align their goals with strategic UX and SEO best practices. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in client-facing environments and has deep Webflow expertise to turn visions into polished, production-ready websites.
Responsibilities
- Define website architecture, visual style, and user experience across client projects
- Develop information architecture and SEO strategy aligned with client objectives
- Design and structure CMS systems within Webflow for scalability and ease of management
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine designs iteratively
- Handle technical launch details including redirects, domain setup, and deployment
- Ensure websites meet performance, accessibility, and best-practice standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional website design and/or development experience
- Strong proficiency in Webflow with demonstrated ability to build complex sites
- Proven experience in client collaboration and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and SEO fundamentals
- Ability to manage projects from concept through launch independently
