About the Role

This is a full-time, fully remote position for a Webflow Designer who excels in both design and development. You'll work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time, collaborating directly with clients to design and build high-performing websites from scratch. This role is perfect for a designer who is expert in both Webflow and Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems and responsive, revenue-focused web design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites from scratch in Webflow using Client-First or Relume naming conventions
• Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
• Design digital marketing assets including ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and landing pages
• Build and maintain scalable UX design systems including component libraries, style guides, brand guidelines, and reusable design patterns
• Work with account managers to understand client goals and deliver projects on time
• Communicate directly with clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of web design experience with Webflow projects in your portfolio
• Expert-level Figma skills: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems
• Expert-level Webflow skills: CMS, animations, responsive breakpoints, and sites built from scratch
• Proven design systems experience with at least one example of a built component library, style guide, or brand system
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, color, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing digital marketing assets (ads, emails, social graphics) with knowledge of platform sizes and formats
• Strong English communication skills to explain design decisions clearly in writing and on calls

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Webflow animations beyond basic triggers
• CRO or A/B testing experience
• Experience in home services or healthcare industries

Portfolio Requirements

• Live Production Links: Links to websites you built that are currently live on the web, tested on mobile for responsiveness (no horizontal shaking, broken alignment, or overlapping text)
• Webflow Read-Only Links: Backend structure links showing how you built each site in Webflow (required to verify proper structure and build quality)
• Design System Example: At least one example of a design system you built (Figma component library, style guide, or brand system)

• Salary: $3,500–$4,500 USD/month based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time (required)
