About the Role

We're looking for a talented Webflow Designer to join our fully remote team and create beautiful, high-converting websites for our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with both Webflow and Figma, designing complete digital experiences from concept through production. You'll be an excellent fit if you're a Webflow expert with strong Figma skills, a keen eye for design systems, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites from scratch in Webflow, ensuring responsive design across all breakpoints
• Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
• Design digital marketing assets including ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and landing pages
• Build and maintain scalable UX design systems including component libraries, style guides, brand guidelines, and reusable design patterns
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client goals and deliver projects on schedule
• Implement Client-First or Relume naming conventions in Webflow for consistency and scalability
• Work directly with clients to communicate design decisions and address feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web design experience with Webflow projects in your portfolio
• Expert-level Figma skills: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems
• Expert-level Webflow skills: CMS implementation, animations, responsive breakpoints, and building sites from scratch
• Proven design systems experience with at least one example of a built component library, style guide, or brand system
• Strong design fundamentals including typography, color, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing digital marketing assets (ads, emails, social graphics) with knowledge of platform-specific sizes and formats
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly in writing and on calls

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Advanced Webflow animations beyond basic triggers
• CRO or A/B testing experience
• Experience working in the Home Services or Healthcare industries

Portfolio Requirements

Your application must include a portfolio demonstrating your Webflow expertise:

• Live Production Links: Links to websites you built that are currently live on the web. We will review these on mobile to verify responsiveness, with no horizontal shaking, broken alignment, or overlapping text.
• Webflow Read-Only Links: A required link showing how you built the site in Webflow (backend structure) to verify proper construction and best practices.
• Design System Example: At least one example of a design system you've built, such as a Figma component library, style guide, or brand system.

• Compensation: $3,500–$4,500 USD/month based on experience
