About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, Germany (hybrid role starting November 1, 2025). This is a full-time permanent position ideal for someone who combines deep Webflow expertise with strong technical skills and a passion for creating modern, user-centered web solutions. You'll take ownership of technical implementation across our client projects, collaborating closely with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive websites in Webflow aligned with modern UX/UI standards and best practices
• Integrate custom code, APIs, iFrames, and other technical components as needed
• Own technical project delivery, including feasibility assessments, quality assurance, and timeline management
• Collaborate with design and project management teams using Figma and monday.com
• Implement GDPR-compliant and accessible web solutions, including cookie handling and compliance measures
• Support technical client consultation throughout project lifecycles
• Optional: Develop websites in WordPress (advantageous but not required)

Requirements

• Residence in Germany with willingness to be present regularly at the Düsseldorf office (hybrid work available)
• Expert-level knowledge of Webflow, particularly CMS, animations, interactions, and custom code
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced requirements
• Proven experience translating Figma designs into clean, production-ready Webflow implementations
• Solid technical understanding, structured work approach, and eye for visual detail
• Knowledge of data protection (GDPR), web accessibility, and performance optimization
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Self-directed work style, high motivation, and strong communication skills
