About the Role

Vnzo AEC is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer for contract and project-based work in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is an ongoing opportunity to join a growing team of developers who build clean, responsive websites for AEC firms. If you can take design direction and efficiently bring it to life in Webflow without overcomplicating the technical approach, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites in Webflow, typically ranging from 8–15 pages
• Set up and configure CMS collections for projects, markets, services, team, blog, and other content types
• Maintain clean code structure with consistent class naming conventions and ensure full responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate with the SEO team to implement SEO-friendly site architecture and best practices
• Test and optimize websites across all devices to ensure an excellent user experience
• Work with the team to manage timelines and get projects live efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience building complete, full-featured websites in Webflow (not just landing pages)
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Self-directed work style—can take clear direction and execute independently
• Strong understanding of layout, spacing, and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Nice to Have

• Prior agency experience
• Experience building B2B websites (AEC industry experience is a bonus, not required)
• Basic understanding of SEO structure and implementation
