A commission-based lead generation platform is launching to connect Los Angeles car owners with vetted auto body shops. Starting with a single-shop pilot, the company is building a high-converting web presence to capture high-intent search traffic from people actively seeking accident repairs.
About the Role
This is a Webflow Developer role focused on building a CRO-first landing page and local SEO system for a lead generation platform. You'll work remotely to deliver a pixel-perfect build from Figma mockups, with every element optimized to convert visitors into phone calls and form submissions. This is ideal for a developer who understands conversion-driven design, local services marketing, and the technical requirements of Google Local Services Ads—and can deliver a production-ready site in 10–14 days.
Responsibilities
- Build a CRO-optimized Webflow homepage from Figma mockups with above-the-fold headline, trust signals, sticky click-to-call bar on mobile, and lead capture form
- Create a neighbourhood landing page template as a Webflow CMS collection that can be cloned per suburb without developer involvement
- Implement and validate LocalBusiness and Service schema markup on all pages, ensuring NAP consistency and verified Rich Results
- Structure pages to align with Google Local Services Ads requirements—service area alignment, NAP consistency, and page experience standards
- Integrate CallRail dynamic number insertion to track and attribute all calls by source channel
- Configure lead form with instant SMS or email notification to the shop upon submission
- Set up full tracking stack—GTM container, GA4, Meta pixel—with form submissions and calls tracked as conversion events and Google Search Console verified
- Ensure all pages pass Core Web Vitals with fast load times and zero bloat
Requirements
- Native Webflow expertise with demonstrated portfolio including CMS collections, custom code embeds, and Figma-to-Webflow builds
- Proven CRO fundamentals—you design for conversion, not aesthetics, and understand above-the-fold principles
- LocalBusiness and Service schema markup experience, implemented and validated (not just copy-pasted)
- Familiarity with Google Local Services Ads requirements—no briefing needed
- CallRail and dynamic number insertion experience in Webflow
- Full tracking stack configuration and verification with GTM, GA4, and Meta pixel
- Ability to deliver a published site within 10–14 days from receiving Figma files
Nice to Have
- Portfolio featuring a local service business website built to generate calls or leads
- Previous experience rolling out location-based landing page templates across multiple neighbourhoods
