About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Designer to build and maintain our website in New York, working hands-on with the Lumos framework. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director to transform designs into fast, clean, conversion-focused pages while growing quickly with real ownership from day one. This role is perfect for a developer who combines technical excellence with UX thinking—someone who understands that a beautiful build means nothing if users don't find it intuitive and clear.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Webflow sites using the Lumos framework and Client-First methodology, ensuring clean and maintainable code structure
• Convert Figma designs into fully responsive, accessible web pages that meet modern web standards
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Director to refine designs and turn complex ideas into user-friendly pages
• Analyze site performance and optimize for clarity and conversions through data-driven decisions
• Implement conversion analysis practices including A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user testing to improve page performance
• Own the quality and UX of every build, ensuring pages are intuitive and guide users toward meaningful actions
• Translate complicated Bitcoin and security concepts into pages that users understand and trust

Requirements

• Solid Webflow experience with both the Lumos framework and Client-First methodology
• Proven track record with live Webflow sites you've built, demonstrating clean and maintainable code structure
• Strong commitment to building fully responsive and accessible websites to modern web standards
• Experience with conversion analysis tools and methodologies (A/B testing, heatmaps, user testing) or genuine interest in developing expertise in this area
• Proficiency with Figma and similar design tools
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude Code, Midjourney, GPT Images, etc.) and the judgment to distinguish quality work from AI-generated mediocrity
• Professional pride and ownership in the work you ship

Nice to Have

• Design skills with a portfolio demonstrating web, print, YouTube thumbnail, and newsletter design capability
• Print design experience including understanding of color models and print-specific design considerations
• Knowledge of animation principles and experience with WebGL, GSAP, and Three.js
• Experience with design tools like Paper and Affinity
