About the Role

We're looking for a Webflow Developer + Designer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ or as a fully remote position. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll leverage your Webflow expertise and front-end development skills to craft visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing web experiences. You'll be a pivotal part of our growing team with the opportunity to drive multimillion-dollar impact alongside our demand generation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional web experiences, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and balances creativity with exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive web experiences across Trainual.com and other company sites using the Webflow platform, with focus on speed, performance, and SEO optimization
• Apply visual design principles including visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition to create on-brand and user-centric digital experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to translate business objectives into digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions
• Customize and integrate third-party APIs and custom code within Webflow to enhance website functionality and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
• Maintain and continuously improve the Webflow instance by managing technical debt, implementing scalable systems, and maintaining best-practice website architecture

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Webflow with a proven portfolio of developed and beautifully designed websites
• Strong command of front-end development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow capabilities
• Deep understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and rankings
• Experience in startup or agency environments with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive base salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year, determined by relevant experience, industry knowledge, and technical expertise
• Full-time position with flexible work location (Phoenix, AZ or Remote)
