About the Role

Domyn is seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join their team in Missouri, US. In this role, you'll act as a bridge between technology, design, and marketing, playing a key role in evolving the company's online presence and ensuring the website is always up-to-date, functional, and optimized across all devices and touchpoints. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Webflow developer who is passionate about creating responsive, performant websites and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features and improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize website performance, and ensure website security
• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, focusing on conversion and user experience
• Support in defining and implementing product and company marketing strategy
• Build and maintain responsive Webflow layouts using advanced CSS, HTML, and JavaScript customization
• Develop custom animations using GSAP and Webflow's native interaction tools
• Manage DNS configuration and oversee website management and maintenance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including responsive layouts, integrated CMS, interactions, animations, and complex project management
• Strong understanding of website structure and best practices (style guides, global classes, reusable components, naming conventions, scalability, and maintainability)
• Advanced skills in HTML and CSS to customize designs and optimize websites for various screen sizes
• Solid JavaScript skills, including custom scripts, DOM manipulation, and API integration
• Proficiency with GSAP animations and ability to build custom, smooth, performant animations beyond Webflow's native capabilities
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices and experience with DNS configuration for website management
