About the Role
This is a full-time contract position for a mid-senior level Webflow Developer based remotely in the U.S. You'll translate high-fidelity Figma designs into a responsive, CMS-powered Webflow site with a target Q3 2026 launch. You'll work closely with designers and business stakeholders to create a website that's not only visually stunning but also easy for non-technical teams to maintain post-launch. This role is perfect for an experienced Webflow developer who excels at turning design mockups into fully functional, accessible websites.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive web pages in Webflow based on Figma designs
- Configure Webflow CMS for content management by non-technical business users
- Implement interactions, animations, and CMS collections as needed
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all devices
- Ensure the site meets WCAG Level AA accessibility guidelines
- Coordinate with designers to clarify specifications and resolve implementation questions
- Configure Webflow hosting, forms, and basic SEO settings for launch
- Document CMS workflows and provide guidance for content handoff to business partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Strong proficiency with Webflow CMS setup and configuration
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS
- Proven experience working from Figma handoffs
- Ability to create user-friendly CMS structures for non-technical editors
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card required (no third-party resumes)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow hosting configuration
