About the Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to build, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performing websites. In this remote position, you'll translate creative UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, interactive Webflow builds while leveraging your deep understanding of Webflow's native capabilities, CMS architecture, and custom interactions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a passion for creating seamless user experiences and has the ability to write custom code when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy fully responsive and accessible websites using Webflow
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups from Figma, Adobe XD, and other tools into functional Webflow pages
• Architect and manage Webflow CMS collections to ensure dynamic content is easy for non-technical team members to update
• Implement engaging animations and scroll effects using Webflow Interactions 2.0
• Optimize for SEO best practices, fast page load speeds, and seamless cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Conduct regular website audits, fix bugs, and continuously improve site architecture and performance

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong, verifiable portfolio of live Webflow sites
• Deep expertise in the Webflow platform, including Designer, CMS, and Interactions
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and foundational JavaScript
• Experience collaborating with designers and working seamlessly with tools like Figma
• Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, web accessibility (WCAG) standards, and performance optimization techniques
• High attention to detail with a pixel-perfect mentality, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with standard Webflow frameworks and naming conventions such as Finsweet's Client-First or Relume Library
• Experience with automation and integration tools like Zapier, Make, or Wized
• E-commerce experience, either natively within Webflow or via integrations like Shopify or Shopify Buy Button
