About the Role

Little Plains is hiring a Webflow Developer to build highly interactive, responsive digital experiences that extend design systems into production. This contract-to-full-time role is based in the Utica-Rome area of New York with remote work welcome for EST candidates. You'll work at a high bar for both technical precision and design sensibility, collaborating closely with design and product teams to deliver production-grade Webflow experiences that represent companies well.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, interactive Webflow experiences that extend design systems into production
• Collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers to implement detail and animation at a high level
• Write clean, maintainable code using GSAP and other interaction libraries
• Build and maintain advanced CMS structures using reusable class systems and clean naming conventions
• Integrate third-party services including analytics, forms, and automation tools
• QA across browsers and devices before launch
• Use AI-assisted tools to prototype faster and explore interaction possibilities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of front-end development experience with strong Webflow expertise
• Advanced CMS and Logic skills, including reusable class structures and clean naming conventions
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus GSAP and other interaction/motion libraries
• Experience integrating third-party services (analytics, forms, automation tools)
• Strong QA skills, including cross-browser and device testing
• Familiarity with Figma and design systems
• Actively using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to prototype and explore, with strong technical judgment

• Contract rate: $100–$150/hr | Full-time base salary: $105,000–$145,000
