About the Role

Perpetual is seeking an entry-level Webflow Developer to join their talented team in New York, NY. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced designers and engineers while translating complex UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance Webflow websites. You'll grow your skills in custom front-end development, CMS architecture, and advanced Webflow interactions while directly collaborating with clients and contributing to the company's engineering innovation.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, responsive Webflow websites that are pixel-perfect across all breakpoints
• Interface directly with clients to understand requirements, plan projects, and recommend best-fit Webflow solutions
• Architect and manage robust Webflow CMS structures for scalable, easy-to-maintain content updates
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrate third-party libraries such as GSAP to extend Webflow's native capabilities
• Build smooth, high-end Webflow native interactions, scroll animations, and micro-interactions that elevate user experience
• Optimize sites for performance, technical SEO, and web accessibility (WCAG) standards
• Evolve Perpetual's engineering best practices, components, and reusable patterns across Webflow projects
• Assist with internal R&D and innovation projects alongside client work

Requirements

• Proficiency in Webflow development and site architecture
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Experience translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization and technical SEO best practices
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and clients
