About the Role

Quixta is seeking a Webflow Developer who takes pixel-perfect seriously. You'll work directly from Figma designs, translating them into polished, responsive Webflow builds with clean interactions and production-ready quality. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, perfect for someone who wants to build custom sites for international clients who expect the details to be right — not just template-and-tweak work.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, pixel-accurate websites in Webflow from Figma designs
• Set up and maintain CMS collections, dynamic content, and multi-reference structures
• Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native tools
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript embeds where Webflow's native capabilities fall short
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to review designs pre-build and flag edge cases early
• Integrate third-party tools and scripts (forms, analytics, CRMs, booking tools, etc.)
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all builds
• Maintain and update existing client Webflow sites post-launch
• Follow Quixta's internal standards for class naming, page structure, and handoff documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience with a portfolio to demonstrate your work
• Strong ability to translate Figma designs into Webflow — including spacing, typography, color, and layout accuracy
• Solid understanding of Webflow CMS, dynamic lists, and reference fields
• Comfortable with custom code embeds: HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
• Familiarity with responsive design principles across breakpoints
• Working knowledge of Figma — ability to inspect, measure, and extract assets
• Eye for design quality and good communication skills; ability to flag blockers early and ask the right questions

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow Localization or multi-language setups
• Familiarity with Memberstack, Finsweet, Relume, or Lottie integrations
• Basic SEO hygiene in Webflow (meta, OG tags, redirects, sitemap)
• Prior experience at a web agency or studio environment
