About the Role
Right Side Up is seeking freelance Webflow Developer Consultants to join their talent collective and support clients across industries. This contract role is ideal for highly independent operators who excel at building and optimizing Webflow environments while integrating them with broader marketing and business systems. You'll manage projects ranging from 10–40 hours per week, creating stable, scalable web experiences that drive lead capture, scheduling, billing, and lifecycle marketing success.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Webflow sites, including CMS, animations, and responsive design
- Integrate Webflow with external systems such as CRMs, scheduling tools, billing platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Troubleshoot cross-platform issues including broken data flows, tracking inconsistencies, and form or funnel failures
- Ensure seamless data connectivity across systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Improve site performance, user flows, and conversion paths
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support business objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Operate independently with minimal oversight, quickly ramping in existing environments
Requirements
- Expert-level experience building and maintaining Webflow sites
- Proven experience integrating Webflow with complex tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Calendly, Chargebee, Heyflow, Customer.io, or similar)
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data syncing across platforms
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving cross-system issues
- Ability to work independently and navigate existing systems with minimal onboarding
- Familiarity with conversion-focused web experiences, including landing pages, funnels, and CRO best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated environments

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
