About the Role

Vnzo AEC is seeking a reliable Webflow Developer to support ongoing website projects in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract position with the opportunity for consistent, long-term work as the team grows. If you can take clear direction and design briefs and bring them to life in Webflow without overcomplicating things, this is an excellent fit for someone who moves fast but cares about the details.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites in Webflow, typically ranging from 8–15 pages
• Set up and configure CMS collections for projects, markets, services, team, blog, and other content types
• Maintain clean code standards including proper class naming conventions, logical structure, and full responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture and best practices
• Test and optimize sites across all devices to ensure excellent user experience
• Work efficiently with the team to launch projects on schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience building complete websites in Webflow (full sites, not just landing pages)
• Ability to work independently with clear direction—you can take a brief and run with it
• Strong eye for layout, spacing, and responsive design
• Clear communicator who works well collaboratively with designers, marketers, and team members
• Speed and attention to detail; you balance efficiency with quality

Nice to Have

• Agency experience
• Experience with B2B websites (AEC industry knowledge is a bonus, not required)
• Basic understanding of SEO structure and implementation
