About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our fully remote team and build beautiful, scalable websites from Figma designs. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about pixel-perfect implementations, clean code, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll work directly with designers and international clients on projects that demand both technical excellence and creative execution, with core availability between 10:00–15:00 CET for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build complete, production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs with responsive, pixel-perfect implementations
• Structure, manage, and optimize Webflow CMS collections with complex data relationships and filters
• Develop reusable components and scalable layout patterns that maintain consistency across projects
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and enhanced functionality using Finsweet attributes or custom solutions
• Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards
• Maintain clean project architecture with consistent, logical class naming conventions
• Collaborate closely with designers, clients, and team members to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
• Contribute to improving team workflows, standards, and build quality through feedback and best practices

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience with proven ability to build scalable, maintainable structures
• Strong command of Webflow Designer, CMS (including complex collections, filters, and relational data)
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills with fluency in flexbox, grid, and custom CSS properties
• Solid semantic HTML and CSS expertise—you write clean, accessible markup that supports SEO and screen readers
• Deep understanding of Webflow best practices, limitations, and performance optimization
• Experience building and maintaining reusable, modular components that scale across pages and projects
• Good English and Polish communication (B2+ level)—you can explain technical decisions clearly and collaborate effectively in async/remote environments
• Growth-oriented mindset with independent, proactive work style and detail-obsessed approach to quality

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming/structure frameworks
• Stronger technical SEO knowledge including structured data, clean URL strategy, and migrations
• Experience with advanced animation libraries like GSAP
• Comfort with Figma for inspecting designs and understanding design tokens/systems
• Experience working with English-speaking clients and international teams
• Knowledge of AI workflow tools and automation
