About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our fully remote team and create pixel-perfect, responsive websites from Figma designs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented developer who takes ownership of projects from start to finish, collaborates with designers and clients, and is eager to level up toward advanced architecture and leadership. You'll work with English-speaking international teams on cutting-edge projects, with flexible hours and core availability between 10:00–15:00 CET.

Responsibilities

• Build complete, production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs with responsive, pixel-perfect implementations
• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections, including complex collections, filters, and relations
• Develop reusable components, symbols, and scalable layout patterns that maintain consistency across projects
• Implement custom interactions and animations, including advanced animation techniques where needed
• Optimize for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards
• Maintain consistent, logical class naming conventions and clean project architecture aligned with best practices
• Collaborate closely with designers, clients, and team members to contribute to improving workflows and build quality standards

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow experience with strong command of Webflow Designer and CMS functionality
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills with deep understanding of Webflow best practices and limitations
• Solid semantic HTML and strong CSS expertise (flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography)
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable structures beyond one-off pages
• Good English and Polish communication skills (B2+ level) for clear collaboration in async/remote environments
• Experience building and maintaining reusable, modular components that scale across pages and projects
• Growth-oriented, independent, proactive mindset with a quality-first, detail-obsessed approach to development

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming/structure frameworks
• Experience with Finsweet attributes or custom attributes for enhanced functionality
• Comfort working with Figma, including inspecting designs and understanding design tokens/systems
• Stronger technical SEO knowledge (structured data, clean URL strategy, migrations)
• Experience with advanced animation tools like GSAP
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools
