About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our fully remote team and build complete, pixel-perfect websites from Figma designs. This is an ideal opportunity for a growth-oriented developer who takes ownership of their work, loves clean architecture, and thrives in a collaborative, async-friendly environment. You'll work with cutting-edge brands and have the freedom to flex your technical expertise while mentoring and refining team standards.

Responsibilities

• Build complete, production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs with responsive, pixel-perfect implementations
• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections with complex filters, relations, and scalable layouts
• Develop reusable components and maintain consistent, logical class naming across projects
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and enhanced functionality using Finsweet or custom attributes
• Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards
• Collaborate closely with designers and clients to ensure seamless execution and clear communication
• Contribute to improving team workflows, standards, and overall build quality

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow experience with strong command of Webflow Designer and CMS (complex collections, filters, relations)
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills; deep understanding of Webflow best practices and common limitations
• Solid semantic HTML and strong CSS expertise (flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography)
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable structures beyond one-off pages
• Comfort working with Figma for design inspection and understanding design tokens/systems
• B2+ level English and Polish communication skills; ability to thrive in async, remote environments
• Growth-oriented mindset with independent, proactive approach to ownership and problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming/structure frameworks
• Stronger technical SEO knowledge (structured data, clean URL strategy, migrations)
• Comfort with advanced animation tools like GSAP
• Experience with AI workflow tools
• Prior experience with English-speaking clients and international teams
