About the Role

As a Webflow Developer at Windmark Studio, you'll bring thoughtful designs to life through clean, scalable, and high-performing Webflow builds. This is an exciting opportunity for developers with 2+ years of experience who are passionate about creating fast, accessible, and conversion-focused websites. You'll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and clients in a design-first culture, based in Bengaluru, India, with flexible work arrangements available.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain Webflow websites with a strong focus on performance and scalability
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate Webflow builds
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Manage Webflow CMS collections, dynamic pages, and scalable content structures
• Implement advanced Webflow interactions, animations, and custom animations using GSAP
• Integrate Lottie animations and third-party tools as needed
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and clients to deliver polished, user-friendly pages
• Stay up to date with Webflow features, best practices, and emerging trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow and Webflow CMS
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience with GSAP and Lottie animations within Webflow projects
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, layout systems, and Webflow Interactions
• Knowledge of Webflow performance optimization and web accessibility standards
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
