About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Webflow Developer to join our growing team in New York and help us maintain our momentum through 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented developer who combines technical mastery with a passion for pixel-perfect design and client success. You'll work on portfolio-worthy projects that push creative and technical boundaries, collaborating directly with clients and a small but mighty team of five to deliver websites that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom, high-performing websites using Webflow, translating both original designs and Figma mockups into pixel-perfect implementations that reflect client brands
• Integrate APIs and connect Webflow sites to external databases and third-party services, leveraging Webflow as a powerful front-end interface
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly experiences with an intuitive understanding of design adaptation across devices, even without mobile mockups provided
• Implement advanced interactions and animations to enhance user experience and engagement
• Handle post-launch maintenance, updates, improvements, and ongoing optimization for client sites
• Participate in client calls and collaborate with internal teams to communicate clearly and make strategic recommendations on design, UX, and conversion optimization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational practices and attention to detail

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Proven experience integrating APIs and connecting Webflow sites to external databases
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and ability to implement them without mockups
• Portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate technical excellence and design quality
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter mentality and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Framer development experience
• Experience with GSAP animations
• Familiarity with Webflow frameworks such as Lumos or Client-First
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with tool integrations like Zapier
• Background in UX/UI design
• Digital marketing knowledge including Google Analytics and conversion optimization
