About the Role

As a Webflow & Digital Experience Designer, you'll own the complete web presence and digital footprint for Neros Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deploy web launches end-to-end, working across multiple stakeholder groups including military end users, government procurement teams, and the general public. You'll translate complex products into intuitive, analytics-driven experiences while collaborating with the brand design team to maintain consistency across the organization. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in managing full-cycle digital projects and loves solving user experience challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own web launches end-to-end, from strategy and design through deployment and optimization
• Design and deploy web updates using Webflow to maintain a dynamic digital presence
• Map digital journeys for military end users, government procurement stakeholders, and public audiences
• Collaborate with Brand Design to maintain and evolve the design system
• Translate complex products and services into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences
• Use analytics and user feedback to improve usability and engagement across all digital touchpoints
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital strategy and execution

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Webflow design and website deployment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience design and web launches
• Experience designing for diverse audiences and complex stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven design decisions
• Solid understanding of design systems and ability to collaborate across design teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
