About the Role

DesignTribe is hiring a Webflow & Figma Professional to lead end-to-end design and development projects in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thinks technically in Figma and executes flawlessly in Webflow. You'll be the go-to expert managing complex projects from briefing through launch, working directly with the owner on high-impact client work that showcases your full potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from client briefing through final delivery, ensuring seamless handoffs and client satisfaction
• Design in Figma with technical precision—building design systems, auto-layouts, and component libraries that translate directly to Webflow
• Develop complex websites in Webflow with a focus on SEO optimization, performance, and accessibility
• Build advanced CMS structures and interactive elements in Webflow based on design specifications
• Serve as the primary client contact, explaining technical concepts clearly and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the project
• Conduct quality assurance to guarantee perfect alignment between Figma designs and live Webflow implementations
• Take ownership of the technical approach and process improvements rather than simply executing instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional Webflow experience with demonstrated expertise in CMS structures and interactions
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including structured work with components, styles, auto-layout, and design systems
• Deep understanding of modern web design, UX principles, and user-centered design practices
• Fluent German language skills with excellent communication abilities and a confident, empathetic approach to client interactions
• Proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of outcomes
• Structured, organized approach to project management and workflow
• Preferably prior experience working in an agency environment
