About the Role

As a Webflow / Framer Builder at Sendbird, you'll own the company's website end-to-end, architecting and building a scalable digital presence for their global rollout. This remote position sits within the Marketing & Growth team, where you'll collaborate closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver localized experiences, stunning animations, and high-performance pages across multiple markets. If you're a passionate Webflow developer with a portfolio of beautifully crafted, performance-optimized websites, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a major brand's web presence globally.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow website end-to-end, managing design, development, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance
• Build and scale the website for global rollout, localizing content and experiences across new markets and regions
• Implement high-quality animations, motion design, and micro-interactions that enhance user experience and brand perception
• Collaborate with design, content, and go-to-market teams to develop localized pages and campaign landing pages
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and CMS structures to support rapid iteration and expansion
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website architecture and content structure
• Manage country localizations, including multi-language support and regional customizations

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a web designer and builder with deep, hands-on expertise in Webflow and/or Framer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating websites and landing pages you have personally designed and built
• Proven experience with animation and motion design, with meticulous attention to detail for polished, premium page experiences
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to build websites optimized for search
• Experience building and maintaining scalable component libraries and CMS structures
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with country localizations and multi-market website management
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to work with Webflow going forward
