About the Role

As a Webflow / Framer Builder at Sendbird, you'll own the company's website end-to-end, from design and development to performance optimization and maintenance. This remote position offers the opportunity to build and scale a stunning digital presence across multiple countries, working closely with the Sr Marketing Manager and collaborating with design, content, and go-to-market teams. If you're a skilled Webflow developer with a passion for animation, motion design, and creating polished, premium user experiences, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow website end-to-end, including design, build, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance
• Build and scale the website for global rollout, localizing content and pages across multiple new markets and countries
• Create high-quality animations, motion design, and micro-interactions that elevate the site's visual appeal and user experience
• Develop localized campaign landing pages in collaboration with country-specific GTM leads
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and CMS structures for long-term website sustainability
• Implement SEO best practices throughout the website architecture and content structure

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a web designer and builder with deep, hands-on expertise in Webflow and/or Framer
• Commitment to working with Webflow going forward
• Strong portfolio demonstrating websites and landing pages you have personally designed and built
• Proven experience with animation and motion design, with meticulous attention to detail that creates polished, premium-feeling pages
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to build websites with SEO in mind
• Experience building and maintaining scalable component libraries and CMS structures
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with country localizations and multi-market website scaling
• Fluent English communication
