About the Role

As the Webflow Growth Lead and Website & Performance Owner, you'll take full ownership of WASmithFinancial.com and drive measurable business results through organic search, paid advertising, analytics, and lead generation. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves solving complex digital problems, optimizing user experience, and connecting web performance directly to business outcomes. You'll be the go-to person for all website strategy, performance optimization, and CRM integration—working independently to diagnose issues and implement solutions that move the needle.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize WASmithFinancial.com within Webflow, managing all aspects of website performance and user experience
• Drive qualified lead generation through organic search (SEO) and paid search (PPC) strategies
• Manage analytics tracking and reporting to measure campaign performance and conversion improvements
• Integrate and maintain Salesforce CRM connectivity to ensure accurate lead tracking and data flow
• Diagnose and resolve website technical issues independently without external dependencies
• Continuously optimize conversion rates and improve lead quality based on performance data
• Monitor and report on organic/PPC performance metrics, analytics reliability, and conversion improvements

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Webflow website design and optimization
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and organic search performance
• Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (PPC)
• Proficiency with web analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and lead tracking (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical website issues
• Based in or open to working remotely in the Eastern Kentucky area
