Job Description

About the Company

Cotality is the trusted source for property intelligence, serving the real estate industry with unmatched precision, depth, and insights across the entire ecosystem. With 5,000 talented employees globally, Cotality leverages its network, scale, and technology to drive innovation in the largest asset class in the world. The company is committed to cultivating a diverse, inclusive work culture where people can collaborate, develop skills, and directly impact the property economy.

About the Role

Cotality is seeking a hands-on Webflow UX/UI Designer to bridge the gap between visual creativity and technical implementation in Austin, TX. In this strategic role, you'll translate marketing goals into high-converting assets by defining optimal design-to-build workflows and leveraging Webflow's full capabilities to create immersive, production-ready experiences. If you're passionate about interactive design, scalable design systems, and bringing complex digital concepts to life through Webflow, this is an opportunity to elevate brand presence and clear the UX backlog while collaborating with creative and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary translation layer between creative and web teams, ensuring brand standards are upheld without sacrificing web performance or conversion best practices
  • Translate abstract marketing goals into concrete visual realities using Webflow 3D transforms, motion graphics, interactive modules, and advanced interactions
  • Establish and manage a formal design review process, presenting prototypes to non-technical stakeholders, gathering feedback efficiently, and defending UX best practices
  • Maintain and evolve a robust design system in Figma that provides pixel-perfect technical specs for developers and accessible visual references for marketing teams, with localization in mind
  • Utilize Webflow's Interaction Engine (IX2) and external libraries like GSAP to build complex scroll animations, parallax effects, and "Scrollytelling" experiences that drive engagement
  • Design visual architecture for HubSpot landing pages and emails, ensuring designs are feasible within platform limitations for seamless implementation
  • Partner with strategy teams to rapidly prototype A/B test variations, monitor performance using heatmaps and Webflow Analyze, and optimize animations for conversion

Requirements

  • Portfolio of live, production Webflow sites (not static images) demonstrating complex interactions, clean class structures, and responsive implementations
  • Advanced proficiency in Webflow, specifically with Interaction Engine (IX2) and CMS Collections
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma or similar tools, with understanding of Auto-Layouts, Variables, and Components that map 1:1 to Webflow
  • Strong grasp of UX best practices, conversion optimization, and web performance standards
  • Experience designing with localization in mind, ensuring layouts are flexible for different regions, languages, and character counts
  • Proficiency in design-to-development handoff workflows and stakeholder communication

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with GSAP or custom code for advanced animations
  • Experience with HubSpot design and email templates
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools, heatmap analysis (Microsoft Clarity), and web analytics
  • Experience with third-party interactive platforms like Ceros
