About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Webflow UX/UI Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX, acting as the strategic bridge between creative vision and technical implementation. In this role, you'll translate marketing goals into high-converting digital assets, define optimal design-to-build workflows, and elevate our brand through immersive, production-ready experiences. You'll be a perfect fit if you're passionate about Webflow interactions, scalable design systems, and collaborating seamlessly across creative and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary translation layer between creative and web teams, ensuring brand standards are upheld while maintaining web performance and conversion best practices
- Translate abstract marketing goals into concrete visual realities using Webflow 3D transforms, motion graphics, and interactive modules
- Establish and manage formal design review processes, leading prototype presentations to stakeholders and iterating rapidly while defending UX best practices
- Maintain and evolve a robust global design system in Figma that provides pixel-perfect technical specs for developers and accessible visual references for marketing teams
- Build complex scroll animations, parallax effects, and "Scrollytelling" experiences using Webflow's interaction engine and external libraries like GSAP
- Design visual architecture for HubSpot landing pages and emails, ensuring feasibility within platform limitations for seamless developer implementation
- Partner with strategy leads to rapidly prototype A/B test variations and monitor performance using heatmaps and Webflow analytics, optimizing for conversion
- Ensure all design systems account for localization from day one, creating flexible layouts that accommodate different regions, languages, and character counts
Requirements
- Portfolio of live, production Webflow sites (not static images) demonstrating complex interactions, clean class structures, and responsive implementations
- Advanced proficiency in Webflow, specifically with Interaction Engine (IX2) and CMS Collections
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma or similar tools with understanding of hierarchy, component structures, and design tokens
- Strong proficiency in Figma with ability to create pixel-perfect specs, manage auto-layouts, and establish design documentation
- Experience designing for multiple platforms including web, email, and third-party tools like HubSpot
- Understanding of web performance best practices, page speed optimization, and responsive design principles
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions to non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GSAP or custom code for advanced animations
- Experience with interactive platforms like Ceros
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar heatmap analytics tools
- Background in the real estate or property technology industry
