About the Role

We're looking for a mid-senior level Webflow Web Designer with 3-5 years of experience to bring creativity and technical expertise to our corporate website. This full-time position offers the opportunity to design visually engaging digital experiences while also expanding into social media imagery and print collateral. You'll be a perfect fit if you're passionate about user-centered design, thrive in collaborative environments, and have strong Webflow expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging, user-friendly web and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and project goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure cohesive and functional digital experiences
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and visual consistency across all devices
• Create social media images and occasional print collateral to support broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Webflow Web Designer
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and publishing websites in Webflow, including blog posts, animations, and advanced features
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous web design projects that showcase creativity, attention to detail, and user-centered design approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
